Hello, I'm Kerrie Elliott

I know what it’s like to feel trapped in patterns you can’t shake – the stress that creeps up on you, the beliefs that whisper you’re not enough, the weight of experiences you’ve carried for far too long.

EFT Tapping has changed my life, and now I have the privilege of supporting others in that same transformation. As an accredited Evidenced Based EFT practitioner, I work with people who are ready to stop surviving and start truly living.

My approach is warm, trauma-informed and deeply collaborative. You won’t be pushed anywhere you’re not ready to go. Together, we move at your pace – gently, powerfully, and with lasting results.

THE TECHNIQUE

What is EFT Tapping?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a brief self-applied stress reduction technique combining physical stimulation of acupressure points with focussed thought.

It is often referred to as ‘Tapping’ as it uses a two finger tapping process on known acupressure points.

EFT can address a variety of issues by simply focusing on the concern you would like to address with an acceptance statement, along with a simple two finger tapping technique.
